Items left at our location for more than 30 days will begin to incur storage fees.

All fees are based on square footage of the item(s) and the length of storage.

Storage fees are calculated and billed every 30 days, independently.

The base rate for the first 30 days is $0.10 per square foot.

This rate increases $0.05 every subsequent 30 days.

Example:

You leave a standard 40x48 pallet with us for 67 days. The square footage is 13.33*.

The first 30 days:

13.33 multiplied by $0.10 is $1.33* per day, equaling $39.99 for these 30 days. 

The second 30 days:

13.33 multiplied by $0.15 is $1.99* per day, equaling $59.99 for these 30 days.

The remaining 7 days:

13.33 multiplied by $0.20 is $2.67* per day, equaling $18.66 for these 7 days.

This means the total amount you would end up paying for 67 days is $118.64
