Where Are You Located?
We are located in Saint Charles Missouri, about an hour west of downtown Saint Louis MO.
What are your Hours of Operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm CST.
We are closed those days from 12 noon to 1pm for lunch.
What is your Business Model?
We offer many different products and services relating to the printing industry.
Our main business model is the buying and selling of printing industry equipment.
For buying equipment, we often purchase both select items and shop buyouts. If you're looking to sell, visit the 'Sell us Equipment'(https://www.printerstrategies.com/services/sellform) page. We also offer consignment deals.(https://www.printerstrategies.com/services/sellform/consignmentform)
For selling equipment, we offer both direct sales and monthly auctions (https://www.printerstrategies.com/monthly-auction)hosted on WireBids.
While most of what we offer is used equipment, we are partnered with several manufacturers to provide Factory New (https://www.printerstrategies.com/factory-new-equipment)equipment.
As of August 1st, we have partnered with Kornit Digital to provide Certified Refurbished textile printing equipment.(https://www.printerstrategies.com/kornit-digital)
We also provide equipment delivery, setup, training, and service for select equipment in the Greater Saint Louis Area.
Certain products also have setup and training available across the country.

How do I bid on an item?

How do I pay for an item I won?
Whenever the auction ends, our team will begin creating invoices and sending them out. You should receive an email with all of the details within 24 hours of the auction ending.
How do I set up shipping?
Instructions on how to set up shipping will be included in the email containing the invoice and payment details.
I want to bid on an item, but it's a bit too expensive...
We do offer pre-approval financing for bidding on items in the auction.

I won an item, but can't set up shipping for a while...
We do offer the ability to store your item(s) with a fee every 30 days, based on the square footage it takes up in our warehouse. The first 30 days are free.

Why does an item have a different location than your warehouse?
We often work with different print shops to consign their items for sale. This helps reduce the overall cost of the item by reducing shipping charges.
Once a consigned item is paid for, we'll put you in contact with the original owner for any shipping details.

Payments & Shipping
What Kind of Payments do you Accept?
When paying for equipment and any associated costs, we accept the following payments:
• Wire Transfers
• Money Orders
• Business and Personal Checks
We do NOT accept Credit Cards as a payment method.
How are Products Packaged for Shipping?
Each product and customer will have different requirements for shipping.
Typically around 80% of products are palletized before leaving our building. We also offer Crating for extra.
Some specialty products are shipped as 'blanket wrapped and strapped' on a dedicated truck.
How do you Ship your Products?
Being located in Missouri, we have a centralized location that offers shipping to every part of the country.
We typically ship products with one of the following freight companies: SAIA, R+L Carriers, Cross Country, T-Force, FedEx Freight, or UPS Freight.
Small products able to be boxed can also be sent via standard UPS Shipping (Ground, Overnight, etc.)
Customers may also arrange their own shipping with our logistics department.
Finally, all items (excluding off-site consignments) are available for pickup at our building in St. Charles Missouri.
We have a standard dock-high bay for freight trucks, and ground level access for smaller vehicles.
We also offer delivery to the greater Saint Louis Area using our truck.
Do you Ship Products Internationally?
We do not ship products internationally ourselves.
However, we allow customers to set up their own shipping, which they can then arrange for international shipping however they like.
Kornit Digital
How are you associated with Kornit Digital?
We have entered into a partnership with Kornit Digital for Certified Refurbishment, sales, and servicing of used equipment.
Certified Refurbishment? What does that mean exactly?
We have received direct training from Kornit technicians, and been provided with related training and service documentation.
Along with that, Kornit Digital will offer to support and service any machine that we refurbish and sell.

We have recently scaled down the Parts and Supplies department of our business. As a result, we made the decision to remove the section from our website.
