Speed, optimized alignment, color calibration technologies and robust finishing options allow you to respond with confidence to the ever-changing print market.

Print at a top speed of 100 ppm on stock weights from 52–350 gsm and maximize your job types with the ability to run envelopes, 26" (660 mm) banners, polyester/ synthetic, textured, colored, custom media and mixed-stock printing.

Achieve a new standard of image quality with Ultra HD Resolution Technology, delivering four times more pixels than other presses while still printing at blazing fast speeds. It’s a winning combination of technologies, including our EA Toner, 2400 x 2400 dpi with 10-bit RIP and an advanced Compact Belt Fuser that provides just the right amount of consistent heat and pressure for a given stock. Every job is rendered with jaw-dropping detail, crispness and clarity from first print to last.

Color calibration is no longer a time consuming, labor-intensive chore with the Versant 3100’s Full Width Array (FWA) inline scanning assembly and Automated Color Quality Suite (ACQS) software. Working together, they safeguard color quality and consistency throughout the run, ensuring every page of output matches the desired target. 

Advanced Oversized High Capacity Feeder
Total paper capacity of 4,000 sheets 13 x 19.21" (330.2 x 488 mm) in two trays, with integrated technology to reduce skew, improve paper handling and prevent misfeeds. A Tray Inserter extends minimum size to 3.86 x 5.83" (98 x 148 mm) for postcards and envelopes.
Print banners, dust jackets, calendars and other applications up to 26" (660 mm) long using the bypass feeder tray.

Interface Decurler Module
Inline paper cooling and decurler unit improves throughput and efficiency connecting finishing modules and ensuring flat sheets for reliability and speed.

Post-Inserter
Inserts 250 preprinted or blank sheets into finishing for preprinted covers. Enables trimming, punching, folding, stapling and stacking of inserted sheets.

Sheet Creaser and Two-Sided Trimmer
Trims the head and foot of a sheet up to 0.985" (25 mm) with a minimum trim of 0.236" (6 mm) using standard or custom sizes on uncoated and coated stocks up to 350 gsm. Includes a buffering unit that extends print productivity during trimming and allows for up to five customizable mountain or valley creases on a sheet.

Production Ready Booklet Maker Finisher (w/Punch)
Produces superior quality finishing and stacking with built-in bi-directional decurler. Staple up to 100 uncoated sheets using standard or custom sizes with variable-length staples.
Includes a third tray for saddle-stitch booklets up to 120 pages (30 sheets/90 gsm uncoated). Includes a 500-sheet top tray and 2,000-sheet stack tray. Create big booklets to small booklets on uncoated and coated stocks up to 350 gsm; half-fold unstapled up to 5 sheets on stock up to 350 gsm.
Includes Punching Unit for punching 2/3, 2/4 and Swedish 4-hole using standard or custom sizes on uncoated and coated stocks up to 220 gsm.

SquareFold Trimmer
Creates flat finished booklets with the appearance of bound book-like edge; eliminate shingle effect with professional face trim up to 120 pages (30 sheets).
