Based on the proven multi vendor (compare to Triumph, EBA, MBM) 18.7” wide platform, the NEW 4855 model is equipped with lexan guard keeping the operator safe. New features also include a new touch-pad display which allows programming and storage of up to 99 jobs in both centimeters and inches, and retains the popular repeat button mode for accurate cutting of business cards or other multiple-up applications. Manufacturer has now replaced the cut buttons with a unique two stage Easy Cut activating bars with separate trigger points for blade and clamp operation.
Touch Pad Control
Extremely convenient and easy-to-use: Electronic control module for the power backgauge with multilingual touch pad. 99 programs with up to 99 steps can be stored. Also useful: the pre-programmed DIN sizes and the automatic memory for repeat cuts.
Easy-cut: New blade activating bars
Blade and clamp can be activated independently with the two-step blade activating bars with separate trigger points for blade and clamp. The electronically controlled true two-hand operation provides maximum operator safety.
Optical Cutting line
The optical cutting line with bright, durable LEDs shows where the cut will be performed and helps to align cutting marks precisely for accurate cuts.
Electronic Hand Wheel
Electronic hand wheel for manual backguage positioning with infinitely variable speed control (from slow to very fast)
Precise Positioning
Two side lays each on front and rear tables and the precise backguage allow exact positioning for even small paper stock.
Hook-in tool holder
The practical hook-in tool holder is placed on the back table and keeps all necessary tools for blade change and service jobs within reach.
